Jean-Martin Fortier is the founder, with his wife Maude-Hélène Desroches, of Les Jardins de la Grelinette in Saint-Armand, Quebec. The internationally recognized micro-farm is known for its high productivity and profitability.
Based on Les Jardins de la Grelinette proven track record, he publishes in 2012 The Market Gardener, A Successful Grower’s Handbook for Small-Scale Organic Farming.
